I was absolutely thrilled when I got an email from Katie inquiring about their wedding in Athens! I love any chance I get to travel home to Georgia, and see family and friends. But I especially love Athens – it is where I spent my college years as a bulldawg, and it’s oh so dear to my heart. 🙂 I have known Rhett for awhile, but it was my first time meeting Katie and seeing them together. I could instantly tell that they were perfect for each other. Rhett knows just what to say to make Katie laugh, or calm her down, or sweep her off her feet. Katie and Rhett planned a beautiful country rustic wedding that was held at the Hill in Athens. The ceremony took place in a lovely courtyard behind a quaint, historic home. The reception consisted of a dance floor that was always packed and full of insane dance moves! Katie and Rhett, your wedding was amazing and I wish you guys the best!
