Ahhh Kaily and Dan. Kaily and I actually go way back because she and my sister have been besties since college. I can honestly say that Kaily is one of the sweetest, most kind hearted, genuine and real people you will ever meet! She has a heart of gold and will do anything and everything for her loved ones! We are both from Georgia, but are now livin it up in the great state of Colorado! I was thrilled when Kaily told me she and Dan were planning their Boettcher Mansion wedding in Golden, and they wanted me to photograph it for them. This venue is located right at the tip top of Lookout Mountain, and it is absolutely gorgeous! We took their bride and groom across the street from the mansion at Lookout Mountain, where the views are unreal!

My darling sister was one of Kaily’s beautiful bridesmaids! It is always extra fun when you know people in the bridal party, especially your own sibling! Kaily and Dan’s wedding was warm, sunny and so lovely. Their ceremony was of my absolute favorites I’ve witnessed to this day. They both wrote the most touching vows, and had us all crying! I can’t lie, I was definitely emotional! I still have to pinch myself sometimes when I realize how incredible my job is!

Kaily and Dan, I am so happy for you both! Thank you for entrusting me with your sweet wedding.

I just love Ellen and Robb! I am so excited to share their dreamy Estes Park Wedding with you! If you recall their Lookout Mountain engagement session was absolutely beautiful and snowy! Ellen’s good friend and her husband own a home next to Lookout Mountain, and were so gracious to offer their incredible backyard for part of our session.  I cannot imagine looking out the window to that scenery every day! #Blessed 😉

Now you’ll see below that their July wedding was a different story! It was super sunny and warm of course! Ellen and Robb had their wedding at YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park and it was so gorgeous! These two are mountain lovers and big hikers, and they highlighted those passions with their location choices for both the engagement session and the wedding! Ellen got ready with her bridesmaids in the library at the Y, which was fun and a unique setting for the morning.

Ellen and Robb chose to see each other for the first time walking down the aisle, It was so touching to watch as Robb couldn’t hold back his emotions! The tears were a flowin! I just live for those sweet moments where time seems to stand still! I don’t think I’ll ever forget how I felt when I first made eye contact with my husband as I walked down the aisle. It was a moment like I’ve never experienced! It was so special.

Ellen and Robb enjoyed some dancing and socializing with their guests. After the reception the 3 of us ventured off to Rocky Mountain National Park for some more bride and groom portraits! The yellow wildflowers were in full bloom and let’s just say I was in photographer heaven! We created some magic and had a blast doing it!

Ashley and Travis’s wedding at the Donovan Pavilion in Vail, Colorado was nothing short of amazing! I began the day capturing some moments of Travis and his groomsmen getting ready for the big day. They were pretty chill, had some shots of whiskey, Travis read a sweet note and received an incredible watch from Ashley. Soon after, we ventured off for some bride and groom portraits in Vail Village,  the super cute downtown area of Vail. Ashley and Travis opted for a first look, and Travis was nervous waiting for her to come, which was so cute! Of course Ashley looked absolutely stunning and he couldn’t take his eyes off his lovely bride!

These two were a blast to photograph, both so comfortable with each other that we got some incredible portraits of them! Not to mention that the flowers in Vail Village were absolutely unreal! So vibrant and colorful, I was in bokeh heaven as you will see.
Ashley and Travis chose to have their ceremony and reception at the gorgeous venue, Donovan Pavilion. There was a lovely ceremony location out back in front of the beautiful aspen trees. It was very serene and peaceful, and green! Ashley and Travis had a sweet ceremony, she shed some good tears, smiled and laughed a lot. It was perfect! The guests mingled during cocktail hour while we captured some bridal party and family portraits. We snagged a few more photos of the bride and groom in the woods before the sun set. It was such a fun, beautiful wedding and day spent with these lovely folks!
